For the past eight years I have had the pleasure of founding and managing a national recognized seed stage accelerator program, Lighthouse Labs. And today, I am the active CTO of a insuretech startup. During that time I have come to understand that founders of all types need to build the capacity to perform at a world class level and the connections to grow.
Over the past three years, those very lessons in how to equip founders have manifest themselves in supporting faith driven organizations as well. When it comes right down to it the church community is a rich resource of physical assets, mentors and creators. All of which are required to accelerate transformational businesses. It has been an amazing few years of learning and now with Created Leaders I have the pleasure of teaming with some very progressive minds in ministry, education, and organizational growth in Chris Bennett, Dan Carlton, Lori Ruffin and Somiah Lattimore to hopefully begin a dialog around acceleration, entrepreneurship and church transformation.
